All prices are in IDR and USD depending on user location. We currently accept the following types of payment; Bank Transfer, Credit Card, E – Wallets (Gopay, Qris, ShopeePay), Direct Debit as well as Paypal for our international customer (Paypal also offers payment with Debit / Credit Card if you do not posses a Paypal account). Payment of your order(s) will be charged immediately once checkout process is completed and confirmed. If payment is unsuccessful, you will be notified and suggessted required steps to retry and complete your order depending on your selected payment method. Additional Tax and/or Shipping Fee may incur after you have provided sufficient information to complete your order on the checkout page.
Placyf offer worldwide shipping with tracking number using DHL for order(s) outside Indonesia and JNE (REG) & (YES) for domestic order(s). We will send your order confirmation via email provided in the Checkout page and Tracking Number information once the order has been dispatched. Delivery will usually take 5 – 10 working days to reach international destination and 1 – 3 working days for domestic destination. Please allow a maximum of 1 working day for order handling processes.
Orders are dispatched once a day every Monday to Friday at 6PM. Orders received after 6PM will be processed the next business day. Your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are determined by your local custom authority. We have no control over these charges. Once the order is delivered through couriers, we do not take any responsibilities on lost packages. Return & Exchanges
Returns and Exhanges are not applicable for item(s) on discount. Please note that purchased item(s) on our webstore is non – refundable. We only accept returns for item(s) with defect, fault, and/or damage. Item(s) returned must be in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with all the original label and/or tag attached. We only accept exchanges for incorrect order handling and/or faulty items with defect and/or damages. All Returns & Exchanges will only be processed after inspected and approved by Placyf.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 7 days for domestic order(s) and 14 days for international order(s). Approved Returns and Exchanges are eligible for a full refund or webstore credit. All Returns and Exchanges shipping fee will be paid by customer unless stated otherwise for specific reason(s).
