Shipping information

Placyf offer worldwide shipping with tracking number using DHL for order(s) outside Indonesia and JNE (REG) & (YES) for domestic order(s). We will send your order confirmation via email provided in the Checkout page and Tracking Number information once the order has been dispatched. Delivery will usually take 5 – 10 working days to reach international destination and 1 – 3 working days for domestic destination. Please allow a maximum of 1 working day for order handling processes.

Orders are dispatched once a day every Monday to Friday at 6PM. Orders received after 6PM will be processed the next business day. Your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are determined by your local custom authority. We have no control over these charges. Once the order is delivered through couriers, we do not take any responsibilities on lost packages.
